Sports on TV??
The topic today is watching sports on TV. Everyone in my family is a die hard sports fan. In fact, the busiest time of year for the Teel household is football season. If there’s a Steelers or Chargers game, the house is going to be packed with family, no doubt. Aside from football season, my sister is a HUGE soccer fan. So of course, the Women’s World Cup has been on every day. I must be completely honest, though, I’m not like everyone else in my family! Lately I’ve had many interests when it comes to the fitness world– the main ones being muscle building, BodyPump teaching, and distance running (as always). However, these interests are kind of in opposition to each other. After all, I’ve never seen an elite marathoner compete as a bodybuilder.

Diet is such a confusing thing…
It’s amazing how something as simple as eating can get so darn complicated. One study shows that you should eat one thing, another says you shouldn’t. You should eat all nonfat foods. No, you need to eat lots of healthy fats. But you also need plenty of protein. Carbs are good. Carbs are bad. AGGGGHHH!!!!
